Il dr. Šuràn è professore ordinario di filosofia (settore d'interesse storia della filosofia) e professore ordinario di sociologia (settore d'interesse sociologia dei fenomeni territoriali e internazionali) presso presso la Facoltà della Formazione dell'Università „Juraj Dobrila“ di Pola-Pula (Croazia).
Dopo essersi diplomato al liceo di Rovigno, si è iscritto agli studi in scienze socio-umanistiche (filosofia, psicologia e sociologia) e lingua e letteratura italiana presso l'Università degli studi di Zagabria dove si è laureato. In seguito, sempre a Zagabria, ha acquisito il dottorato in filosofia. e presso il dipartimento di scienze dell'uomo dell'Università degli studi di Trieste ha conseguito il titolo di dottore di ricerca di sociologia dei fenomeni territoriali e internazionali. Con i suoi lavori scientifici partecipa attivamente a convegni scientifici e collabora anche con diversi istituti ed associazioni scientifico-culturali sia nazionali che internazionali. È portatore di diversi corsi di studio di filosofia e sociologia presso diverse facoltà e dipartimenti. Inoltre ha un dottorato in psicologia clinica conseguito presso l'Università degli Studi di Padova ed è altresì prof. di lingua e letteratura italiana, ed è membro di numerose società e associazioni scientifiche e professionali a livello nazionale e internazionale. |

Redoviti je profesor u trajno zvanje za područje humanističkih znanosti, znanstveno polje filozofija, znanstvena grana povijest filozofije; znanstveni savjetnik u znanstvenom području društvene znanosti – (redoviti profesor u trajno zvanje), polje sociologija, grana posebne (sociologije teritorijalnih i internacionalnih fenomena) na Fakultetu za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti Sveučilišta „Juraj Dobrila“ u Puli.
Prema upisu u registar istraživača Ministarstva znanosti i tehnologije, klas. br: 640-01/93-01/1, urudžb. broj: 533-03-93-0011 upisan je pod matičnim brojem: 203536. Osim toga završio je doktorat iz psihologije u Padovi (It.) i profesor je talianskog jezika i književnosti, i član je više domaćih i međunarodnih znanstvenih i strukovnih udruga i asocijacija. |
Biography
Dr. Šuràn is a professor of philosophy and professor of sociology at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Pula.
After completing the upper secondary education in Rovigno, he graduated from the University of Zagreb in social sciences and humanities (philosophy, psychology and sociology) and in Italian language and literature. He acquired a Ph.D. in philosophy at the same university, moving then to the University of Trieste to acquire a second Ph.D. in sociology of the territorial and international phenomena at the Department of Human Sciences.
With his scientific works, Prof. Šuràn actively participates at national and international scientific conferences, and collaborates with several national and international institutions and scientific and cultural associations.
His classroom lectures encompass both philosophy and sociology and are given at several faculties and departments of the University of Pula. Within these domains, his primary focuses are on history of philosophy and sociology of territorial and international phenomena, respectively.
Additionally, he also has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Padova and is a teacher of Italian language and literature.
